Procurement Request for FY 25-26
The City is launching a new vehicle and equipment procurement process. Beginning this fiscal year, all vehicle and equipment requests will be submitted for City Council approval once a year. Any vehicles or equipment not included in the staff report for City Council approval will be deferred until the following fiscal year.
Submit your Equipment Purchase Request forms for Fiscal Year 2025-26 no later than August 15, 2025, with Executive Director (or designee) approval attached as back up. Late submissions will require City Manager approval and may be deferred to Fiscal Year 2026-27.
